Machine for palletizing boxes coming from the rotary die-cutter or flat die-cutter.

The machine is equipped with a fixed front jogger, a pneumatic mobile front jogger and two electro-pneumatic mobile side joggers. With this system, the pile is equalized at each layer and over the entire height on all four sides.

The line is supplied complete with electrical panels and wiring and a main control panel of the touch screen type. From this panel you can control all the functions of the machine, both manual and automatic. A basic program is provided with a series of types of returns / stacks with the possibility of being integrated.
The machine is protected on all four sides by perforated sheet metal panels and metal mesh and, where access is allowed, is protected by intangible barriers that stop the work cycle after any intrusion.

The whole palletizing “system” has an automatic machine preset. Each new order is set on the touch screen, is stored in a list called "recipe" and, when the order is repeated, it is sufficient to recall the "recipe" to set up the entire palletizing line.
A tele system - the service is linked to the equipment we supply.

DYNAMIC 160
The structure of the machine is with steel profiles with n. 4 columns that support the guides for the up-down sliding of the belts and the fork table. The lifting is guaranteed by n. 4 large chains and gearmotor and is balanced by n. 4 counterweights to ensure correct ascent and descent operation, which is fast but smooth.
The min. of the pile are 650x700x600 (height) mm.
The maximum dimensions of the layer (or bundles) are 1600x1600x350 (height) mm.
The max dimensions of the piles are 1600x1600x (2300) mm. in height.
The machine is equipped with a set of joggers to compact the stack on the four sides that equalize the stack in the center of the unloading belt
The palletizer has a mechanically operated fall arrest system
The line is supplied complete with electrical panels, wiring and main control panel, touch screen type, easy to use and quick to learn.
The machine is protected on all four sides by metal panels and, where entry is allowed, is protected by safety barriers.
The machine is equipped with a teleservice system with cameras to remotely control and verify it.
The palletizer has a jogging system on the top four of the stack with an independent system for the ascent and descent of the joggers so as not to slow down the cycle during the jogging and positioning phase
